Bad penalty by Pond which leads to a PP goal for UNH. Now over a minute of 5 on 3 for the Wildcats to start the second. Guess the refs are trying to make up for last nights lopsided penalty calling. What happened to the third best scoring offense in Hockey East, these past four games have been tough to watch, no flow and unable to take advantage of odd man rushes.

What was Stevens doing on that third goal, left Kelleher wide open right in front of the net.

Impressed that they clawed back down by two. Hope that momentum continues into the third.
 
too bad the go ahead 5-4 goal was called back.. looked good to me.
anyway, regardless of outcome.. better showing & fight tonight.. especially climbing back from 2 goals. that's the way to compete! nice job.
 
bit of justice there in OT.. nice to finally get one against gritty Wildcats team. They did have a 2 goal lead.

Can we carry the momentum..!?! Don't know.. just nice to see them compete! Nice work team.

Nice Job Huskies! Not sure exactly why the 3rd period goal was called back, in the crease or goalie interference, but they proved me wrong and played very disciplined hockey all night. Very composed and not many lapses. Does WBIN have a HD channel? Anyway what are the chances of making the tournament now with a win on the road and a close 1 goal loss are we on the bubble with a loss tomorrow, Yale lost Cornell lost

Currently #13 in PW. I think next to no chance. VT losing would have helped. Minny did NU no favors losing to Michigan.

win tomorrow and your in . With a loss drop back to 14 ran the scenario.Thier will be no tournament upsets this year.All the good teams are in position.

Here is the Huskies01 scenario - If UNH wins on Sunday, he will be all over the team, the coaching staff and the rest of us. If NU wins, he disappears until the next NU loss. ;)
