Do this: Call Jim on the phone. Identify yourself as a long time Husky hockey supporter who would enjoy having lunch with him. He'll probably make a date with you for a time when things have cooedl down a bit and will probably offer to pay for the meal. You'll benefit from meeting the man and from learning how he views the world. You'll get all of your questions answered. Then you will be able to post more rationally and constructively with a better understanding of the challenges he faces and how he deals with them.
