Not really the best time to take NU's 1st 5min major and game misconduct of the year...Dustin Darou gets the gate. GULP

I have never seen Benning play with such a mean streak. He is laying people out and has more blocks than Dikembe Mutumbo.

I've been watching this team for 15 years, I think I have a good reason to feel this way. In the other hand, I'm glad they proved me wrong tonight! Go Huskies!

Go Huskies! Did anyone watch the game? I listened to the end of it and WRBB said it was essentially a 40 minute penalty kill for NU in the 2nd and 3rd periods...I find that hard to imagine considering we outshot them even though ND had 5 minutes more of PP time than us..

Great Win. 4th line - 2 goals (1 en) and great forchecking throughout. Even the ND announcer kept praising them.

I thought the game was pretty even 5 on 5. Maybe even slightly tilted toward NU. We were running around a bit on the PK, but somehow we survived. Jordan Gross is a scary, scary player...Felt like he was going to create a goal everytime the puck was on his stick. Really good win. Gonna need a similar effort to put away the Irish.
