It's not looking good for North Dakota. They aren't generating much of anything at this point, other than unscreened blasts from the blueline.

It's at this point in a game where you need your leaders to step up and put one in the net.

Frattin makes a great move, but Howe pokes the puck away...and the Sioux get away with a penalty.

Sioux have a great shift, but not able to put anything in.

Hopefully that lifts everyone and they can put one in.

That was a really bad penalty to take. We had just had our best stretch in the period and then we kill that momentum with a penalty.

I guess if there ever was a great time for a shorty it would be now.

I see a couple Gopher fans in here (Sioux fans being defeatist). Since when did UND give up after being down 4-0? But seriously, how is Genoway doing?

despite being down 2-0 in the 1st, I thought they were looking pretty good and thought they'd come back but the 2nd has been not good all
