MN bricked on the powerplay and their play generally got worse in that period (hard to maintain the first period's dominance).I don't know how we were ahead after that period...but, I'll take it.

The story once again is Dell. MN could easily have been up 4-1 after the first, but he held them to a single goal, and now we see what can happen when a goalie is on fire - a chance the other way turns it into a deficit for MN. Frustrating to say the least.
Scoring chances are 24-6.Sog 32-11![]()
Scoring chances are 24-6.
Just seems like "one of those games" where MN will severely out-chance them and be buzzing and have little or nothing to show for it. Not much to say about it other than it looks like they'll need some ugly goals if they want to win this - Dell is just seeing everything too well right now.

But UND won't keep the lead if the shots stay so lopsided.
No, they'll probably build on it. This has "MN will press too much to tie it and it will cost them" written all over it.But UND won't keep the lead if the shots stay so lopsided.
Jeff Panzer was Cinderella's Prince Charming?A Panzarella giveaway nearly leads to the equalizer...
UND was a bit too casual with that breakout.
I don't recall the last time I saw a UND team this sloppy with the puck in its own end.
