Mario was called for Charging the Goalie. Since you know when the goalie dives out of the crease to poke the puck away and you jump over him, it's a penalty.

Like I said, it matched the first penalty of the period. The refs are calling it tight now.

The call on Bjugstad early in the 3rd was pitiful, and the two on UND that followed have been equally bad (if not worse). A pretty good case could be made for there being no penalties in this period, let's just put it that way.

Watching the play live, I thought the MN defenseman lost an edge and fell on his own, honestly.
