Looking at the two sites they are in conflict with each other, and neither says.

I checked hockey stats as well, nothing.

Congrats to Ryan deMelo for getting his first win (and first start) of the season, as Elmira takes-down Fitchburg State 4-to-3 in the early (consolation) game in the Skidmore Tourny. According to the box score, it looks like the end was... ummm... "interesting"(?), with a spearing, DQ, and bench misconduct all 'awarded' to Fitchburg at the 20:00 minute mark. Maybe our "man on the scene" DH003325 can enlighten us upon his return.

A Fitchburg player speared one of our guys. A real cheap shot. An altercation broke out. Fitchburg players and fans didn't like what I and a couple people had to say as they skated off the ice.

I am unsure, however, what the bench penalty was other than it was a Game Misconduct on the Fitchburg coach.

Those boys at Salem State must love to play hockey, they played their 5th overtime game of the season today coming away with a 1-0 win over Connecticut College. They have 4 wins this year and all are in OT.

Connecticut College looks like they are their usual selves off to an 0-6 start which means the game in Oswego on January 7th will probably be a dud as far as the crowd goes.
