Berry will fill up if and when they come. I guess for recruiting, you will get the exposure playing in them in AA, (or East Lansing).

While close to a sellout, the two games against Michigan State were a couple hundred short last time they came in '19-'20. The last year of the original CCHA (2012), the Friday home game against UMich was well short of a sellout (3700).

Radio Results Network has posted that they are hiring a new hockey play by play voice for NMU for next season.
I'm very disappointed to see they aren't going to keep Dave Danis. There went 30+ years of experience in that chair that you will likely never see again in Marquette. He has battled pretty hard to fly the NMU flag.

Harrison Watt, Ferris' PxP guy, has also moved on.
I graduated from Northern 30+ years ago. I don't remember they guy's name in the 80's, but the one they had before Danis was awful. It was painful to listen to a game back then.

I'm sure Dave will post here at some point. He had a very serious health scare at the end of this past season (missed the last two weekends + all of the playoffs & was hospitalized for like 2 months). I'm not sure he was physically able to continue the job.
