That's what the DU announcers said and ref gave kicking motion at the time.

Another penalty on NMU with 5 seconds to go, DU will have short 5 on 3 then a 5 on 4. How did the Goal Czar miss the open net?

The Carlson Brothers, who played The Hansons in Slapshot played and currently reside in Marquette.

One or two are actually banned from this bar I go to.

When Bill Fitch was coach of the Houston Rockets, we did a daily live show with him during the season. And we alternated asking trivia questions. One day he asked what he said was his killer question: where is the hockey hall of fame located? I asked, which one? He knew he'd had it, since he was asking about the one in Evelyth (sp). He always claimed credit for at least one UND NC, since he had hockey players in a beginning skating PE course (don't ask). Anyway, he claimed he spent the time explaining to them the similarities between the fast break and the PP.
