I wondered whether the players would honor Murray with "Chief" or the fedora on their uniforms, they're doing both. Very nice touch to have a fedora on the bench.

Full strength. Couple of decent shots on 5X3, but no cigar. Pios kept the puck in the NMU zone the entire time.

Id like to thank Fox Sports for the UNM. So glad they could do some research on the school.

I hadn't known that Jerry Glanville was an NMU grad. Worked with him very closely for several seasons when he was coach of the Houston Oilers. Verrrry funny dude.

NMU has an impressive list of Alum in the sports (and coffee) world, for being a small school

And one of my all time favorite movies, Anatomy of a Murder was filmed at a couple of locations in the area. Remember driving through as a little kid and my parents pointing it out. Jimmy Stewart had about 150 pounds of perch in his freezer!
