NMU 2024 Off-season. So....anything new?

With one of the youngest rosters in nation I have zero expectations for this team. I'm just hoping for a tight locker room and continuing growth as the season progresses.

It will be interesting to see who'll be selected as captains this year.
 
I really like the hire Rick made after the abrupt departure of Grant. Dave is a Wildcat, was part of our only National Championship here, and I think he will bring a different commitment level to the program. Upon Grant's departure, Rick talked about how hard it is for small colleges at the division I level to compete with the bigger schools. I feel we are not only struggling to compete, but we are struggling for survival, as well. Success will make us solvent. I think Dave is our best chance.
