In Maine it would be Bath Salts, that crap makes one crazy real quick. For awhile Cops around here were not sure what to do when approaching a bath salt addict.

I'd say shame on the family but whatever. If they find peace in letting him speak, I'm all for it.

I'll just watch reruns of Modern Marvels or something that adds to my libertarian bona fides. :D

The Ferguson crowd is growing as it goes later into the night.

These people are idiots. Look at the past few days. Nothing good has happened when you go out at night. I'm about to the point to have all the police fall back to city limits, and let the city sort itself out. Screw it.

This Amish kidnapping case gets sicker by the day. It says the alleged male perpetrator may have drugged the girls? Good freaking god, man. They also said they used 50 Shades of Grey as an inspiration? I didn't read the book, but I don't think there was a chapter on kidnapping, drugging and abusing underage girls.

FTR, my only "news" channel is CNN, due to lack of real cable. And they are reallllllllly looking for a story. It's sad.

Say, anyone hear of a beheading in the Middle East? Not finding many details... ;)

(I have, but no thanks to American media for anything in-depth)

I've seen similar statistics to these in multiple places. Where are our leaders on this issue? :(

More than 90% of the young black men killed by gunfire today are not killed by police but by other black men. About half of the nation's murder victims are black even though blacks account for only 13% of the U.S. population.

I never thought this would happen a few weeks days ago.... Asymmetric Solutions, basically a mercenary company, has been deployed into Ferguson. Yeah, nothing to see here, move along. There is no police state developing more and more every day in the US. :rolleyes:

If you look at what is going on there, and think "no those ****ers don't need more policing" you're delusional. These people are so far out of line its sickening.

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown.

Who knows how reliable those sources are. Kind of changes the narrative a bit if true though.

Well the NY Post is about as credible as your average tabloid and gateway pundit is about as credible as drudge report.

Well the autopsy showed no signs of Brown struggling with the officer. And the sources are NY Post and Gateway Pundit :straight face:
