Given that there's already news accounts quoting the "victim" as saying it was because they're a Trump supporter, good luck with that.

Especially since she'd been eating there for 25 years. Her race didn't change in that time...

But the candidate she is supporting is different from years past. The current candidate is considered a racist by many, so by extension....

(just thinking of what a lawyer would ask)

SPLC ties Dallas shooter to black nationalist hate groups.

Johnson liked on Facebook the New Black Panther Party (NBPP), the Nation of Islam and the Black Riders Liberation Party, all listed by the SPLC as hate groups.

NBPP was formed in Dallas, and its leaders have long expressed virulently anti-white and anti-Semitic opinions. Its leaders have blamed Jews for the 9/11 terrorist attacks and for the slave trade. The late former party chairman Khalid Abdul Muhammad once said, "There are no good crackers, and if you find one, kill him before he changes." A document on the NBPP website titled "The Nationalist Manifesto" claims that white men have a secret plan to commit genocide against the non-white races. It also refers to black people who condone mixed-race relationships as the "modern day Custodians [sic] of Uncle Tom's Cabin."

In the least surprisingly story of the week, more sexual predation accusers for Ailes.

Kellie Boyle, a former Republican National Committee field adviser, told Sherman that Ailes told her in 1989, "You know if you want to play with the big boys, you have to lay with the big boys" and prevented her from signing a large contract when she denied his advances.

Marsha Callahan, a former model, told Sherman that Ailes made her put on a garter belt and model it for him and told her that she would have to sleep with him and a few of his friends to get the job.

He's not wrong. It's just in poor taste. He stated more white people are killed by police than black people, which is correct. He was then told, proportionally a black person was more likely to be shot than a white person. Also correct. He responded by saying

The pure facts also reveal that 94 percent of those killed by police are men, so by your ‘proportional’ standards, the real movement in America should be ‘Male Lives Matter.'

I'm partially surprise they even included his quote at all as that's not what he said.

Everyone is using stats to back up whatever claim they may have.

Yes he is wrong and it shows he actually has zero clue what the actual point of BLM is. (or was depending) His stat may be correct, but his stat doesnt mean anything. He should stick to playing music badly and unsuccessfully trying to run for President. (ad no the Daily Kos article is no better)
