I hate it with a passion, but it is their right, and frankly, that act is so commonplace at protests, I don't even condemn the protesters anymore. Added note: it was reported that other protesters shut that sh* down quickly. Wanted no part of it.

When we went to New Orleans we actually took a day drive to Biloxi for unknown reasons (we had no desire to hit up the local casino). Some very nice beaches and who can forget the seminal quote from Biloxi Blues, "It never got this hot in Brooklyn. It's like Africa hot".

"Bubba Gump shrimp."

MS is also the birthplace of about half the great blues players. Just for starters: Robert L. Johnson, Muddy Waters, Leadbelly, Pinetop Perkins, Elmore James, Son House, at least one of the Sonny Boy Williamsons. Now that is a house band in heaven.

Yep. Anyone with an interest in the Blues should probably start their vacation in Mississippi. Also, if a person has any literary interests, you can't go wrong in a place like Oxford, MS.

In fifty years when historians are writing about the failed American far right coup that cost a few thousands lives on each side, they are going to wonder how nobody in our time saw it coming. :mad:

These guys are getting more aggressive and violent as their electoral power wanes. Eventually they're going to hit divide by zero and launch. Hopefully the chuckle-heads on the right who wink at them are among the only bystanders injured, but that's never how these things go.
