How is the criminal law of a man exposing himself to six year olds vague enough that he isn't going to be charged?

I guess the NY marathon is still on for Sunday. While folks go without power and gas stations can't pump gas because of no power. The Marathon is bringing in 3 large generators so the Press corp can report on the Marathon. What a bunch of dbags

Since he is a woman, he was in the ladies lockerroom, parading naked in the sauna, with the rest of the women. And that is OK. Apparently you can be any gender you want to be. It looks like we need to specify whether the ladies room is for people who think they are women or for people who actually have female genitalia. Sounds stupid, but I'm actually being serious here since that is what it apparently will take to fight this bu775hit.

And I think it makes a big difference whether we're talking bathroom or locker room/sauna situation. I think we worry way too much about some of these things. If a man in women's clothes wants to walk into a women's bathroom, use a closed, private toilet stall, wash his/her hands, and leave without being a creep, great. But in a case where privacy is impossible, like a locker room, I would agree.

Agreed. I've been in European restrooms that are one room, several stalls that are completely partitioned floor-to-ceiling, with several sinks side-by-each. Complete privacy where you need it, none where you don't.

It's been proven time and time again that one of the dumbest things people can do is combine large amounts of alcohol with other drugs. Opioid painkillers are an especially fatal mix for obvious reasons, but alcohol has combined unpredictably with other chemicals in many deaths.

I sorta knew that. Just stunned that it only took one drop. And was also thinking about bath salts boy in Miami. We're way beyond "one toke over the line" here.
