Much as I love a good opportunity to bash a religion, forced marriage is cultural, not religious. I guarantee that good Christians were doing the same and worse to their daughters less than 200 years ago. Christanity didn't stop it then, and it's not Chrustuanity that is preventing this sort of thing in Western Society now. The religion didn't change - the culture did.
