Cornell passing when 5 on 5, pathetic tonight. Lots of individual effort, but not a lot of coordination.

Embellishment Penalty on Niagara, gives Cornell a PP for virtually the rest of the period. But McCarron gets called for "playing" with a broken stick. All even. Cornell announcers blame weather and referees' last arrival for their erratic calls.

With four officials on the ice, I can't understand why they can't pick up sticks on the ice. Giles Threadgold & Percy Shore used to be able to do that when we only had two officials.

I've been watching college hockey for 20+ years and never seen a goalie score a goal live until tonight. 2 diving calls as well. 3 officials show up 4 minutes before puck drop. Strange night in Ithaca
