Prices absolutely plummeted after the Bruins win. Snagged a pair of tickets to Game 4 2nd Row Balcony on the end where the B's shoot twice for $150 each...and I probably overpaid.

Could have also added "Canada Sucks" in there due to his unabashed homerism (which would make Dubbs blush) during the WJC & Olympics.

You definetely overpaid....but its Boston and its the playoffs so there is really no other way to get those tickets.

Saw that. :eek: A lot of the old jerseys went high. Prices seemed higher overall this year. I wonder if more collectors are clued into the site now.

That is the first time I've noticed that site. Maybe people are getting clued in. though the UMD jerseys went for less than they would have on eBay

I could never wear my Hawks jerseys now as they date back to the late 80s before everyone had to have the authentic ones.

They have the sewn on patches/emblems and numbers and all that, but I'd be looked upon with disdain (for the jersey :p) and feel shame coz I didn't pay $200+ for them.

It's like high school gym class as a freshman all over again.

PS #7 Chelios Home Red and #3 Dave Manson Away White although they were reversed (home/away) back then.

Disagree. Older jerseys are fantastic. They might be worth 200 plus today. If I was you I'd be wearing them.

Eh. Face on the tickets is $130. With fees I didn't do bad at all...especially since it's MSG. I was going to need to cross it off the list of arenas eventually. I could probably easily spend $150 for a regular season game.

Thread title is awesome, but I do have to give Pierre at least a little credit for unloading on the Rangers power play the way he did. Did he overstep? Probably. Was it obvious? Probably. But it was honest. The only thing that would have made the rant better would be if he concluded by saying "Hey Torts, your entire power play stinks."
