If they were around a bit longer, Seattle may have been mentioned. If it were truly about politics Boston is an option too, but no Canadian wants the Bruins I’m sure.

The PNW isn't Canadian. On the contrary, Vancouver is the capital of Cascadia, with Portland, Victoria, and Seattle the other principal cities.

Boston isn't Canadian either, it is the capital city of the Counties Maritime which peel off Maine, Rhode Island, and the eastern seaboard of Mass from the US and the maritime provinces from Canada.

Canada runs from Alberta to Quebec. I suspect Canada includes Alaska, Iceland, and Greenland, but I haven't been to those places. It includes at least North Dakota, Minnesota, the Upper Peninsula, the North Country, and Vermont. I don't know about Wisconsin. And New Hampshire doesn't belong to anybody -- all surrounding countries reject it and claim it belongs to the others.

Brodin and apparently Erikkson Ek didnt make the trip, which is a big giant YIKES. A little surprising they are in such a hurry to start this round when the wild could have been playing game 7 tonight, and Ball arena won't be used for basketball this week after the limping wolves humiliated the nuggies
