The Ottawa Rough Riders folded in 1996, they got a new team in 2002 (the Renegades) that folded in 2005, then got another team (the RedBlacks) in 2014.

Also, Montreal is actually just a relocated Baltimore team.

I ran across this. The CFL has their own racists. Texas, er, Alberta, of course.
