The ECHL Board of Governors has decided to cancel their season after suspending it on Thursday. Players, coaches, and staff can return to their families.

The ECHL also worked with the PHPA to come to this decision, which leads me to think that the AHL will follow shortly.

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healy is going after the Jacobs family and Delaware North for not paying employees. The Bruins are the only team not doing that. Jeremy Jacobs really is a *******. I hope she gets this done.

He has a moral obligation to pay them. But does he have a legal obligation?

The Jacobs family has been publically shamed in all the media I've read. That may be the only effective weapon the AG has.

And that's something we should change going forward.

Laws are human made. We can change them. If we want to we can build our legal system so it prioritizes human beings, not profit.

We have all been conditioned since birth to accept the way things are as if they are inevitable or inescapable. They aren't: they were put in place by the rich.

We have all been conditioned since birth to accept the way things are as if they are optimal. They are: they were put in place by the rich to be optimal for them personally, hurting everyone else.

Give everyone equal power and we can legislate a system that benefits everyone, not just the rich.

They do realize that importing outside people who may potentially be carriers for coronavirus into "rural" areas where people haven't been affected is the equivilant of handing small pox blankets to the Native Americans, right?

Went into the Grocery Store today, just so I could bang on the Plexiglass in front of the cashier to feel like I was at a hockey game....I was respectfully escorted out
