NHL 2015, Part II - Stanley Cup Playoff Race and Beyond

Obscure trivia- two of the three are products of college hockey, one from Vermont the other from Maine. (even more obscure- both lost to a team from Michigan in a national semi final..

I recall Bishop and Maine losing to the Badgers in the '06 semis. Did he/they do the same against Michigan State the next year?

Crawford has to have that. Still a hell of a shot by Kesler. Then he takes a stupid penalty. Thank you.

Ducks get one back from a sh*t angle. Still going to take an epic collapse by Chicago here. Kesler with a derp of a slash right at the end there.

What a play by Hossa. Wow. Seabrook gets the 3 goal lead back. Yes!!!!!!

Re: NHL 2015, Part II - Stanley Cup Playoff Race and Beyond

Richards misses a wide open empty net. He will here about that one.

Ducks score. 5-3.

Outstanding Game 7 for the Hawks. Ducks? Not so much.

Re: NHL 2015, Part II - Stanley Cup Playoff Race and Beyond

This should be a pretty fantastic Stanley Cup Final. Should be very entertaining hockey.

Early predictions? I'll take Tampa in 6. I think Chicago's 4.5 man defensive corps has played with fire for too long, and Tampa's speed is going to break it down. However, Chicago probably has the depth up front to where they MAY be able to neutralize Tampa's forwards.

I don't believe there is an advantage in net for either team, maybe a very, very small one to Crawford simply on experience, but neither has truly outplayed the other in these playoffs.

Also, we would like to thank the New York Rangers and Anaheim Ducks for participating in the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

I agree. Speed on both sides. Hawks in 7.

And remember kids: In the conference finals it's absolutely critical to have the home ice advantage for game seven. Just ask the Rangers. And the Ducks. What? Oh. :o

It's just what we do...

Epic series; gratifying win. Thank you, Blackhawks.

Actually, thanks to both teams. It was an amazing show. On to Tampa.
