Re: NHL 2015-16: John Scott for MVP!

What's the point of the ROW stat in the standings?

Regulation plus overtime wins doesn't make sense as a description since it's always less than team wins.

Tie breaker, I believe.

Yup, it's the first tiebreaker (assuming equal number of games played). It's basically admitting that shootout wins are less important (and that points from OTL are less valuable).

Two of Chicago, Dallas, and St. Louis will play each other in the first round. And probably kill each other.

Well... St. Louis will try to kill whoever they are playing.

Clown show as usual.

Because we're the ones at fault here.

Oh no...

The Hawks are gooning it up coz we can't match the Blues' superior skill.

Fwiw, Seabs should have gotten a boarding at the end there.

Other than that...

Well... bummer to lose a home game to a rival, but it was in the skills competition, so life goes on.

Bring on Dallas!

I'm sorry that Ehrhoff's head is apparently located on his chest. That hit was clean. The Blues win that game in regulation if that doesn't get called a 5+10 (and we don't choke with Crawford pulled).

If your choirboy wasn't targeting the head (he was... he missed), he wouldn't have given the refs the opportunity to make a questionable call.

That clown just got back from a suspension.

How about playing the puck in that situation?

Novel thought.

Blues gonna Blues though...

And this post here is EXACTLY why nothing changes. And if things don't change pretty soon we won't have any football or hockey at all anymore.

Because I defend a player that laid a clean, hard hit into another player's chest, nothing changes? Everyone in the world is saying the 5+10 was a bad call, and that it deserved no more than a minor, if that.

Leafs/Wings will be the Winter Classic at BMO Field Jan. 1, 2017.... Disappointed in the venue... It's only going to seat 32k...

It's actually being called the Centennial Classic in honor of the Buds' 100th anniversary and half century since our last Cup win. :(

BMO field will be a better venue because being a soccer stadium fans will be a little closer to the action.
