I'm cool with Flowers getting paid but I wonder if he's more of a product of the Pats defensive scheme than his own individual talent. Having said that I still can't figure out what happened with the Patriots this year. Last year their D and especially the pass rush sucked so bad that they gave up like 1000 yards and 20 3rd down conversions against the Eagles in the SB. They brought back the same team and were just as bad all year....right up until the playoffs started where they suddenly morphed into the '85 Bears defense!
