Receivers: can't get hit at all, unless they actually catch the ball. Breaking the plane doesn't matter
Runners: you can get leveled. Come close enough to the plane, you're good.

OK. Now it's interesting at least. Figure PHA FG with :40 to go, Rots get the ball down 8 with no TO. 50/50 from there on.
