So I heard on the radio that residents of Buffalo have donated about a quarter mil to Andy Dalton's charity.

They did it for the F4, I thought (just 7th, for a couple blocks near the X, for a block party). But normally, no.

As someone who hates, in ascending order, Belichick, Brady, the Patriots, Patriots Nation, Illinois Nazis, and the entire population of the Boston SMSA, I think this is nonsense. The only thing that surprises me is the story didn't drop during the dead week before the next Patriots Super Bowl, which is to say 3 weeks from now.

It'll end someday, like the Dump Presidency, or smallpox. It will probably have some recriminations and loose ends. But this is the greatest dynasty in football history and the best run, best coached, and best quarterbacked team in football history, saying all of which is like drinking pure Hydrochloric acid. If they were going to be torn apart by petty silliness, they would have sometime around 2003, and f-ck god in eternal torment for not making it so.

See, when I read that I see genuine, if well camouflaged, affection for all things Boston. Just like Trump supporters who are able to see the guy who is willing to stand up to the establishment on behalf of those of us who have been shat upon for so long.

Deny it all you want.

I like the take that Belichick is so upset hes emtpying the cupboards before he leaves NE.

No QBs in waiting, and his coaches all go elsewhere for jobs with his help and blessing.

There are things in the physical city of Boston I think are beautiful. My resentment is that teeming mass of braindead cockroaches desecrating it.

Disappear the population of Massachusetts and replace them with the 6M people in Rio. Or Singapore. Now you've got something worth keeping.

Gruden reported to have a 10 year, 100M deal in place with the Raiders. Crazy money.

That story does seem kinda stupid. Find it hard to believe they'd let egos blow everything up as Brady most likely only has 3 or so years left anyway. No offense to the crack staff at ESPN... :D
