The Seahawks are the first team since 1966 to win a game with fewer total offensive yards (136) than yards penalized (142).
For the day, Seattle had:
76 yards rushing
60 yards passing
31 yards interception return
9 yards punt returns
0 yards kick returns
-33 yards sacks
-142 yards penalties
-----
+1 yard net

Niners win their 4th straight beating Jacksonville and with the Jags losing the Patriots clinch a bye. Squealers lose Monday NE clinches the top seed in the AFC and HFA.

NFL flexes games so all games next week are at the 1 or 425 slots. No SNF to protect any non-playoff implication snoozers.

Then they should do what NBC does with the last week of the EPL season and put all the games live across the network channels.

That's good on paper, but would never work cause you have multiple networks involved. NBC paid quite the price for the stipulation regarding the de facto playoff game for Sunday night of Week 17.

The issue would be what games NBC and ESPN get since they aren't tied to a conference like Fox and CBS. Since they just have a single game, they would want a marquee matchup. The ratings would be there, it's just them fighting over how the spoils are divided.
