He's got backup QB talent, that fits a certain offensive scheme, and he's holding out for a starting QB job. (well he was holding out for starting job, have no idea what is going on at this point)

*Linebacker Reuben Foster charged with 3 felonies for allegedly punching his girlfriend in the head 8-10 times, and 49ers keep him on the team

Charged. Believe me, I think domestic violence folks have a special place in hell, but he has not been convicted.

Happy Schedule Release Day everyone. :)

Only tidbit I’ve heard is Atlanta at Green Bay will kick off Sunday Night Football on NBC week 1. Find out today if that’s true.

Kaepernick's style (mobile passer) more fits the CFL style of offense. Think: Warren Moon. (Not Minnesota Vikings Moon; Edmonton Eskimos Moon)

Why hasn't Kaepernick applied there?

It'd be a double win for the guy:
- he'd probably be a starter there
- he wouldn't have to listen to the "Star-Spangled Banner" (and take a knee)
