It's more of why Seattle cut him, than why the Pack picked him up. The Pack's reasons are obvious.

I think I still have a 1979 TB Playoff shirt that a buddy gave me as a gag gift. It's awesome. And of course, still have a creamsicle Vinny jersey.

The Rams released new renderings of their future stadium.

I like the concept of what they're doing, making it an open-air stadium that has a permanent roof, but at the same time it looks like a complete waste of money. I kind of want them to install the wrong kind of glass and find out that they're cooking their fans and personnel at the same time during games.

Who is paying for this shrine to somebody's ego? Plus, will it survive the Next Big One?

The Rams are splitting the cost with the County of Los Angeles, I do believe. I don't recall the dollar amounts, which will be flexible over time, if the Vikings stadium taught us anything at all (a few after-thought increases here). And all structures in California are required to with stand a little shake 'n' bake of a certain magnitude. You're welcome to research all those values. :p
