I understand that. How would it look if a couple of fans were killed on the way to the game because the NFL refused to change the start of the game knowing full well there could be a half inch of ice blanketing KC.

Yeah, they've bought the tickets, but they've not yet paid for the parking or the 15 beers, 6 hot dogs, and giant foam fingers.

I mean, nobody makes you go to the game...

A guy died at the Ice Bowl after all and no one blames the NFL for that.

A fan? I never knew that.

Guess it's gotta happen occasionally, though. 70k for every game, lots of them old fat and drunk. That's probably 1 or 2 per NFL season just on sheer actuarials.

so far this game has moved on 2 dal coaching screwups. not getting the fat D guy off the field on 3rd and 5 early. then sending 19 into the offensive huddle for a 15y penalty and negating a big gain.

ginger coach and staff not ready for prime time.

Yup, anyone surprised by Green Bay spanking Dallas, shouldn't be. What was the point spread?
