Woohoo!

Was just handed 2 indoor club seats and a parking pass (from a TV rep) for the Packers game on Sunday.

Gonna probably parley them into 4 seats outside so the whole fam can go, but what a score.

Is that "official" scalping area still down the street from the stadium?


Responded to a Craigslist ad for tickets and got this reply:

"Hi,
I am selling 4 tickets for $400 .I am out of town for the moment and I would like to do the transaction through eBay. eBay will release the funds to me ONLY AFTER you will have the tickets in hand. In order to start the transaction i will need your Full Name, address ( shipping ). phone # and your eBay id.
I will send the tickets via UPS overnight with tracking #.

Thank You"


I emailed back and asked him if he's a Nigerian prince. No response yet... :D


Oh yeah, and can we all crash at your place so we can go to the Badger game Saturday night? ;)

Can't make it unfortunately as we have Saturday plans that go till 4 or 5 and wouldn't get up there early enough. Too bad as found a hotel in Appleton at a normal rate.

Why do they always seem to schedule the NMU series up there on Packer weekends? Wanna go up there for that one of these years.

the cb from rutgers he normally would have picked there will be around the day after to sign a fa contract anyhows :D

Percy: there were rumors of him being a cancer in the locker room in MN. Add to that his injury history, and then the Mary Jane...you ain't gonna get much, despite his talent (and he is talented).

Sounds like he was a locker room cancer in Seattle, too. ESPN:
The answer is the Seahawks were tired of Harvin's act, several sources have confirmed. The bottom line: He was more trouble than he's worth.

Harvin, played in only one regular-season game last year after undergoing hip surgery. He has played in every game this year but continues to have nagging injury issues that cause him to miss or skip practice.

One team source also said Harvin had confrontations with teammates and dealt with anger issues.

It's not like the Seahawks didn't know Harvin had issues. One confrontation he had while playing for the Minnesota Vikings happened in a game in Seattle on Nov. 4, 2012. Harvin had a heated argument on the sidelines with Vikings coach Leslie Frazier that was shown on television.
