Never hit the ground. I think that during the commercials the staff in the Chargers booth watched the replays & told Turner not to throw the flag.

Is this game really dull or has everyone else decided to join me in watching the Golden Globes red carpet? There's hardly been any posts since I changed the channel.

Maybe because the clock was at :00 and the play was over when the foul occurred? Whatever it is, that was one stupid penalty.
