New '09-'10 ROSTERS on line!

Re: New '09-'10 ROSTERS on line!

Elmira's roster is up:

Clewlow is back on the team and for the first time in awhile I think Elmira has their entire returning freshmen class from the year before.

Jack Day played in NAHL and played D-I too at Army i believe so it'll be interesting to see how he pans out for the Soaring Eagles as a junior transfer.

Hopefully Darcy Vaillancourt gets more PT this year:cool:

Gulder isn't returning this season, but I actually think that isn't a bad thing. He never impressed me, how about you guys?

Didn't even notice his name was missing from the roster if that is any indication.

No. but seriously I did like Gulder. He was a bit too "offensive" for a defensemen though and couldnt play a lick of defense.

Did he get cut do you know or just didnt return?

If he got cut, that's a good sign for the incoming freshman.

Re: New '09-'10 ROSTERS on line!

To be honest I have no idea, but it would be nice to know. Roster looks good, can't wait for this weekend!

Re: New '09-'10 ROSTERS on line!

Bill Vesce and a freshman goaltender from last season also is not on this years roster, Alex Broughton(SP).

Re: New '09-'10 ROSTERS on line!

Would these be considered mostly Ceglarski's recruits, or was Saul hired early enough to line most of the new players up?

I know McDonald, Hoey, and Lynch were all listed as Elmira recruits while Ceglarski was still head coach. After that, No clue.

Gulder is playing back home from what I have been told.

Geneseo

Here:
http://www.collegehockeystats.net/0910/rosters/genm

or here:
http://knights.geneseo.edu/roster.php?pg=mhockey

The college hockey stats version has the captains and Geneseo's Athletic Dept. page does not. For those that are too lazy ...

Captains: Jeff MacPhee, Sebastian Panetta
Asst. Captains: Dan Brown, Phil Rose

No surprises as far as I can see. The seniors are gone, the players that were listed on the latest recruit watch all made the team, and everyone who was on last year's roster (at the end of the year) is back with the exception of 4th goaltender Christian Berlin.

Season begins tomorrow against at Neumann @ 7pm. Game 2 is Saturday @ 4pm

Question...how come Norwich posted their new roster sooo early, yet every other New England based squad has yet to post. I thought there was some date (Oct 26) they had to wait for first. How does Norwich get around this, and didnt they hold tryouts?

Charlie reads minds, and it is not rocket science based on who enrolled.

There are also links below to rosters that have been posted for both Williams and Colby - that kind of implies there are no real try-outs at these schools since no official practices have taken place.
