I'm not sure why Moore is the Interim head coach, but I've seen that happen a few times in the NESCAC. I think it is generally related to filling the position quickly without following normal hiring processes. In a some situations i've seen guys get the job full time the next season, sometimes they have really made it Interim. It isn't usually clear whether the Interim took the job seeking a permanent one or not.
