NCHA membership changes?

Re: NCHA membership changes?

When you admit your pointless questions are based in ignorance, why ask them in the first place? You might as well have asked if Norwich might be moving to that new league so it can keep it's big rivalry with UNE. Speaking of which, this might be based in my ignorance about east politics and geography, but will Norwich be switching leagues? Stop wasting people's time. There's no rule that says you have to post on every single topic here.
A nice bottle of Summer's Eve should take care of that sand in your vagina.

Huh? I don't know where this is coming from.

I asked a question relative to the subject of this thread. The premise of the original post was that UWS would go back to the NCHA and leave the WIAC. The problem is that based on recent developments, the NCHA will have too many members to add another. Thus, I asked about the other midwest league as a possible destination. For some reason, that seems to have upset Mr. Placid, so he decided to turn into a troll.

I think he was probably a troll prior to this...just sayin'. :-)

Does this mean CSS isn't going anywhere? Not that it was, but...

The NCHA has selected St. Scholastica athletic director Don Olson as its next commissioner.

Olson, a former coach at St. Mary’s and player at Harvard, has been a member and chair of the NCAA Division III Men’s Ice Hockey Committee.

He’ll join the league on July 1, replacing G. Steven Larson.

“The NCHA is well-positioned to make significant progress in the years ahead and Don Olson is an excellent choice to lead this effort,” Adrian President Jeffrey Docking said in a statement. “He has outstanding hockey pedigree, having played at Harvard as an undergraduate, and great experience in athletic administration. We feel confident that Don is the right person at the right time for the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.”

Olson has been the athletic director at St. Scholastica since 2008. He’ll finish his tenure there at the end of the academic year
