I said Courtnall deserved everything he got, he tried a nonsense non-hockey play and even if he missed it doesn't matter, he left his feet to try and hit the guy. Even if he missed, he tried to do something dirty. What I found interesting is Marshall's hit was equal to that level of goonery, and he actually made contact, and he got two minutes. Isn't it weird?
Maybe it was because Marshall's dirty hit happened early in the game, so the ref didn't want to change the entire game so early by ejecting a MN player and giving BU a 5 minute power play.
End of the second period, it's a little different.

That wasn't the question. Does that one play make Courtnall dirty or does the rest of the season say otherwise? Anyone that's seen Marshall over the course of the season would never call him dirty.
