Make that two beers
I think we met already at the Norwich Card game in Jan. I was the Cards fan -- guest of Joe E. Ring a bell?
It (the pre-season poll) is here -
EXPERTLY reviewed here.
Curry appears to be the best performing "Dark Horse" with St. Olaf a close second.
NCHA must be considered one of the strongest D3 leagues with 4 colleges represented in the top10 and 2 more with honorable mention votes

Every team in this year's NCAA DIII tourney received votes in the pre-season poll, except one.............BOWDOIN. They are your "Dark Horse".

Bummer, I thought it at least hit the post![]()
That was the exhibition matchup, not an NCAA recognized game, I did notice that NUProf counts it as a tie in his "NU Prof's Computer Rankings"![]()
I beg to differ - the NCAA correctly lists the Cadets season record at 24-1-4, which includes BOTH games of the Primelink, as they were played by qualified teams during the regular season. NUProf's rankings count it the same way the NCAA does. The shootout result was only used to award the Primelink trophy.
Should be a good game as both teams are evenly matched...![]()

I'm sorry, the "exhibition matchup" I was referring to was the Shootout, which was won by Norwich, but not recognized as occurring by the NCAA. The game itself was a tie.
