I'll agree with that. And they can always turn the fill-in music down 50 decibels or so. But it seems like most hockey rinks think they have to provide AHL-type "entertainment" to keep the fans coming. I find it a nuisance. My guess is that outside the AHL (and maybe even in), 95% of the people there are there to watch a hockey game.
The only thing I didn't like about the weekend was the lame DJ/MC type guy on the ice during the intermissions. Between periods entertainment is fine - but ...
