School affiliation, Semis only or both days & List ticket location if you have it.

Me - Salem State, both days & Dunno.

Bringing a couple folks from my wife's family Friday and maybe more of them on Saturday if we advance.

I believe it seats 3400 or something. I really dont see it selling out.

We're new SNC Men's fans! (kind of) Our daughter plays for the SNC Womens team and this is our backyard... We'll be there in force with at least 10-12 supporter's!!!! I know
that a number of the women's SNC Hockey team will be there in full support. Sections 9 through 14 seem to be where most of the SNC crowd will be.

That's a negative. It should be a required field on the ticket ordering page!!! It would make it easier on the fans trying to coordinate with their respective fanbases!

I would agree. Just a guess, but I bet if you order through the school you get in a certain section but through 800-UGOPHER people are probably getting the best available, not that there is a bad seat in the place.

When do teams usually have tickets available for sale? If I were to go, it would likely only be for Friday's game...work

I saw on the UM site that single-game ticket sales aren't available til next Wednesday or something...

Yeah, that makes sense.

Last year, I was in a section along one of the blue lines at the Olympic Arena. Some very respectful Norwich fans behind me, and some very annoying Oswego hooligans in front of me. St. Norbert and Plattsburgh fans (with the exception of myself) seemed to be the ones who were concentrated in certain areas. SNC had their one section, Plattsburgh had a couple of 'em. But Norwich and Oswego seemed scattered throughout.

The NCAA allotted each school 50 tickets to start, which for SNC was back in the corner of Sect 10. Then as of yesterday they gave the schools an additional 200 seats, but they don't tell you where those are. If you order through the U of M website, you can only generate "best available." Should be a good opportunity to meet several of the SNC/Oswego/Adrian fans at least.

As stated earlier, each school given a block of tickets together; personally we don't care to sit in the end zone behind the goal, so we opted to call UGopher directly and also purchased seats in section 12; will I chear for my team, heck yeah!
but seriously, why wouldn't they have given school tickets together in the key areas since that is where your fan base is coming from!

As for the "warzone" developing in "sector" 12, we Laker fans will only be whooping it up for the matches our guys play in.

I'm with you GBgal. I want to see some decent hockey, and watching through the mesh is not desirable. So, we went with the logical spot...mid ice.

(a) you save $5
(b) you can pick your seat - I told him chair back, high in the middle got Sec 4 Row 8 Seat 19
(c) Ticket @ will call

Ticket is a fall back plan in case original idea does not pan out.
