NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

So sweet that the Knicks beat the Miami cHeat last night. I love Chauncey Billups and Melo.

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

How cute that the Heat think Mike Bibby's going to help them down the stretch.

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Nice choke job by the Heat last night. Coughed up a 24-point lead en route to losing 99-96 to the Magic.

Yes. That was nice to see. They have a losing record against teams above .500. Seems like everytime LeIdiot tweets something they lose. He needs to keep his mouth shut. What a moron.

The Knicks are now 3-3 since their blockbuster trade, including two losses to the 12-49 Cleveland Cavaliers. Smart move for Mike & Mike to spend half their show on these championship contenders on Monday morning.

In other news, San Antonio leads Miami 36-12 after 12 minutes. New Hampshire's Matt Bonner had four three-pointers in the first quarter.

The Celts trade looks ok, Green can light it up off the bench. Ainge wanted a Posey like guy on offense, Green is more than that but on D probably not as good

San Antonio went on to win 125-95; it was Miami's worst loss of the season. Hey LeBron, karma's a *****, isn't it?

Lebron loses again, its a shame both he and Dwade missed game winners

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Why did the Bulls and Heat have Spanish versions of their name on their uniforms?

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Except "Heat" in Spanish is "calentar" not "El Heat"

I'm sure that'll attract lots of spanish speaking fans.

Krstic is definitely a pleasant surprise. 12 points in the 1st quarter tonight, when the big 4 were still on the bus.

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Even better: they're crying about losing now!

I don't know if it's funnier that they cry or that DWade is honestly surprised that the vast majority of people don't like them. Forget about The Decision, the introduction they had turned a lot of fans off.

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Quick tangent: A few nights ago I was waiting for a to-go order at the local taco shop/sports bar. A Heat fan walks in, talks way too loudly about his "knowledge" of the game and overly claps for mundane routine layups during the second quarter.

I'm mostly indifferent to this whole Heat thing, but after 15 minutes listening to that guy I'm smiling about their recent struggles.
