NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

So game 1 of the West finals won't start til Monday. Another fine scheduling job by the NBA...

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

If this is the Celtics team we've watched most of the year, they lose by double digits tonight. Let's hope it's not.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Is this even basketball? The Celtics have taken 5-6 steps and haven't been called for traveling.

This is WWE with a ball.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Crap. I've bought into the hype :(

I actually care about this game.

Even though most NBA games are atrocious, its OK to care about games like this, with superstars that transcend the sport.

People want to see what's going to happen to LBJ.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Rondo has been great, but three turnovers in 45 seconds? Awful.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

I turn it on and watch Rondo throw the ball away 3 times and Perk show his hands of stone one more time:mad:

He decides not to run for President again and dies a few years later.

Its true.

Cleveland makes Minnesota sports look pretty good.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

That's the type of lame-*** "foul" that gets called every night in the NBA, but now that James gets called for it we need a Congressional investigation?

Celts could've perhaps pulled away early if they didn't keep turning the ball over . . .

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Great dive Rondo. Polian will be here in a second to excuse that BS.

Last two Cavs fouls were phantom calls.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Allen can't hit anything, Pierce looks like Willie Mays in his Mets' days, and Garnett came to play but we can't get him any shots. This is what I feared.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Huh, Rasheed Wallace turns out to be useful -- kind of like that thing in the back of your closet that collects dust for decades and then one day comes in handy and prevents the house from burning down.

Cavs fighting, though, cutting a 12-point lead to 8 in a half-minute. Not going away. Boston wil need to play a strong final 14 minutes.

I hope you're not referring to a fire extinguisher because they should definitely be replaced more often than that!:D
