NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

OK, that was terrible. How do you foul Howard that soft?

eta

The film from OT and the last minute of regulation should be all that Doc needs to deflate this team's ego. Celtics in 6. Maybe 5. :)

So game five will be next month?

Oh wait. I forgot, sorry. I know, I know. I'm not allowed to be negative in any way shape or form because:

a) the Celtics still have a 3-1 series lead
b) they won it all in 2008
c) the Red Sox won the World Series in 2004 and 2007
d) the Patriots won Super Bowls in 2002, 2004, and 2005

My bad.

You can be negative, if you think the Celtics aren't allowed to lose games after the 2nd round. Or you can be positive. The Celts will win this series because they're a better team.

Besides, if Orlando folded again tonight, the Cs would have a month layoff before the Finals started - and virtually no preparation for a Laker team that will test them severely.

And the Bruins won the Sta...oh wait.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

How eerily similar.....

My team goes up 3-0.
Opposing team leads for most of Game 4
My team battles back, ties game 4 at the end of regulation
Opposing team wins Game 4 in OT

Game 5 should be interesting. :)

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Orlando has to be one of the more annoying teams to play when they hit their 3's. That offense should not work, but it does...

I'd bet they play just as well in the next game, the Cs are in for a battle now. A little confidence goes a long ways and the Cs let them have that confidence by standing around and watching. How Pierce doesn't get a shot off at the end of regulation says it all

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Lazy, lazy basketball from Boston.

I still think they've got this series, but if they manage to choke -- the way they're playing, it'll be hard to feel badly for them.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

With every call Tim Donaghy looks better and better...
Rush just gift-wrapped this game for Orlando.

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

If the NBA doesn't revoke a technical, then Perkins will miss game 6 in Boston.

Wow. Two 3-0 leads blown in the same year...

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Crawford, Salvatore and Bavetta are the unholy trinity of suck.

I wonder if any other Celtics will be injured, ejected for no reason, or foul out on garbage calls?

Re: NBA 2009-2010: More ref complaints

Why do NBA players talk to Joey Crawford? I'd be better off debating my cat.
