When do the number of stars on the NCHC emblem get updated to 9? Inquiring minds want to know

Lofty expectations for NCHC, might be some over-rating here, lets see how pairwise shakes it out as the season progresses.

Pretty early in the season to state much about NCHC & other conferences at this point..... but at least the season is rolling!

This just came out:
"With 37 games played collectively against nonconference foes, the Big Ten’s .703 win percentage in non-league play leads all conferences as November begins, with Hockey East (.628) and the NCHC (.627) not too far behind."
When looking at the way-too-early average PWR rankings (normalized for the number of teams) for the 3 conferences it comes out to:
B1G at 19.1
HE at 21.9
NCHC at 22.1
