Scarlet would like to interject into this conversation to say how impressed she is with the consistent (with few exceptions) usage of tThirdPerson in this thread. She also wishes everyone has some fun and while she doesn't have a dog in this contest, even though both schools are dogs and she also roots for a team that has a dog for a mascot....wait, Scarlet has lost her train of thought. That sometimes happens to her when she posts while a work.

For those of you that know them, Scarlet asks that you say hello to Jack's mom and dad. As they are also Chris' mom and dad. And Chris is the captain of Scarlet's team and she knows tMom and tDad very well. Though they may not know who Scarlet is per se. Those who know Scarlet's real name can tell them that name, from BU, says hello. Should anyone see them. And also say Scarlet and the rest of the Terrier family are looking forward to their trip East in a couple of weeks.

Scarlet tends to forget how awesome her Opposite Girl powers are sometimes. Ten minutes after Scarlet posted above, she got a FB message from Jack and Chris' mom saying they will be in Boston this weekend. So she thanks those of you that would have passed along greetings if you had the chance. She will, in turn, say hi for all tUMD folks instead. :)

thuskyfan would also like to remind tScarlet that the tUMD puppies are not actually dog mascots, but evil spawn of Gophers. huskyfan suggests cheering for the real dog team, MTU. ;):)

This statement is validated by tJJ. He agrees that tRange Finns > tUP Finns, and married tIron Range Finn.

tJJ wishes he could attend this weekend, but must go rip up some snowmobile trails before tWinter is over. tJJ will make up for it by driving all the way to Grand Forks for one game in Feb before the Sue and Ralph as they are known today are no more. tJJ will also be in Colorado Springs when Tech sweeps the Timid Tigers. Points for the tUMD this weekend... Walter says "Mark it Zero!" Tech sweeps.

GPL is up FWIW. UMDPenaltybox.com is still having problems. They likely have the same server because Jup does/did admin work for both sites.

tBrenthoven grew up in Crystal, not more than 2-3 miles from tMidget Mansion, and tBrenthoven never smoked, distributed, or made crystal meth! :mad:

tBrenthoven is surprised to learn that tJJ will be in CO Springs for tMTU series! tBrenthoven is attending that series with some non-board friends, and tBrenthoven knows a couple board members that will be there. :)

by coincidence, geezer used to live in Crystal in the whachacall apartments by the Tom Thumb but he's fuzzy on the details. It was years and years ago. geezer figures this forum has gotten altogether too cordial and pleasant and wishes for some traded insults and controversy to spice it up.
tBulldogs, for example are whiny little sisters of stupid gophers and aren't even allowed to choose their own colors.
