it was a trip... not exactly interference, but he definitely took him down as he went to retrieve the puck on the half boards

That makes more sense.

Hard to tell on WABI's webcast. It's got a native resolution of about 400x300.

They've quit moving the puck, everyone trying to do it by themselves.

Play a great first period, then get some coaching during the intermission, and they look worse. Go figure.
