Gonna go see The Disaster Artist tonight. Reviews have been almost universally positive, and that Franco nails his Tommy Wiseau impression.

Just got back. I'm giving it an A-. I would say, if you haven't already seen the epic awfulness that is The Room and don't plan to, maybe just wait for the rental release.

There were more people seeing it than I expected. Theater wasn't sold out, but I'd say maybe 70% occupancy.

I've heard that they make her sympathetic, but don't hide the bad intentions/no real sympathy. Flawed, but not totally evil. Like, "I get why she did it, but that's pure bullsh*."

Hope to see the new Star Wars this weekend. Preferably the earliest showing/small crowd sorta setting.

I used to skate on the sheet Tonya grew up on.

I'm glad they're playing it for laughs -- a "Not Without My Anus" about her would be awful. She's the epitome of Poor White Trash: what if Sarah Palin had an actual talent? You wouldn't want her as a neighbor.

But in a contest between her and Kerrigan all my sympathy goes to Harding, even (especially) if you throw in Blind Mommy.

I've heard good things about the Jumanji reboot. I really like what I heard about how the game gets started: (in white)

Instead of a board game, it's a video game, and each of the players gets sucked into one of the avatars of the video game.

I dont think you need to put that in white...that is in the trailer.

saw atomic blonde on the plane. first half mookie thought it was going to move into the top 5 on mookie's "top 27 list". but then it slowed down, though made a nice recovery. almost salt 2 but not.

GoTG 2 then. decent. long. but decent.

transformers 5 - blew chunks. hopefully this has been put to bed. first couple were enjoyable. but now it's just awful.
