The timing is right for their kid to be Karen Allen at Faber in 1962.

We need to merge the IJ and AH universes.

I was thinking about this a little, it’s been 41 years since the first Indiana Jones movie, which means the movie should take place in the mid-80s. I’m thinking of all the crazy 80s references there could be. Maybe Indy will come across a Return of the Jedi poster when passing a movie theater or something.

Short Round needs the work.

Short Round is a stunt coordinator now I think. (not so) Interesting fact...the only time 2 Goonies appeared on screen outside of the film Goonies after Goonies was in theaters was a brief scene in Encino Man where Data/Short Round was in a scene with Sean Astin.

BTW Encino Man is underrated :^)

Dirty Harry is terrible overall but it has a couple good parts and, like the man said, Frank Drebin redeems it somewhat. c.f. Deathwish and Machete.

From the flight last night.

parasite. Interesting movie.

the informer. Rosamund pike, hot as she ages.

buffaloed. Not familiar with the star there. Is she well known for something else? Eh.

charlie’s angels. Newest version (mookie guesses). All these rehashes make mookie appreciate the top three as at least they throw a bone to making something “new” (and yes, nothing is really new).

a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Rewatched. Still a tear jerker. Miss mr Rogers.

Jesus, how long was your flight?

Per IMDB, the star of Buffaloed is Zoey Deutch out of dam Lea Thompson (Red Dawn) sired by Howard Deutch (dir. Pretty in Pink). She has been in exactly the kind of stuff you would expect given that bloodline.

Hopefully this hits one of the streaming services soon. I've been a fan of Rosamund Pike since she was announced as a Bond girl in 2002s Die Another Day.

She was also crazy hot in Gone Girl.

*edit* I saw Fracture, mostly because of her being in it, and I wasn't impressed with the film then. Looking at reviews now, it appears that it was looked upon as a better film than when it was first panned.
