And the thing is, half the track is a "permanent" circuit, where they could have designed it any way they wanted to, without the restrictions of current streets and buildings. But they still blew it.what a totally boring track to race on.
Congrats Antonelli, but you got that because of McLaren mistakes. Seeing cars close fast and then just sit there makes for a boring race to watch.
I'm sure I'm jaded because I've watched plenty of races on banked tracks, but there's nothing special about that corner. Like may banked tracks, there's one line, and nothing else. And thanks to how dangerous it can be to go around, they have to keep an aero gap. So other than odd G's on the car, it's kind of pointless as a "feature". And the rest of the track is another high speed city track where you can't pass at all.
I hate to be so negative, but it certainly means that I wont make plans to see that live.
But he was very polite about it.Yeah, the most entertaining thing was Lando telling someone off after they told him he can’t drink a Coca-Cola.
Bright future for him. He won Macau too.Ugo Ugochukwu is the first American to win the FIA Formula 3 Championship.
I think it’s turns 5 and 6 you don’t actually have to turn, just point the car straight and you make the curb on both. And the thing is, half the track is a "permanent" circuit, where they could have designed it any way they wanted to, without the restrictions of current streets and buildings. But they still blew it.
And I was there when he did it.Bright future for him. He won Macau too.
Publicity stunt...Red Bull signed Robin “Ace” Raikkonen to its junior program last week.
I know he’s only 11, but we’re still old.
Didn't know he was dropped by McLaren. Wonder if Cadillac is interested? And I was there when he did it.
(And he was dropped by the McLaren junior driver program before this year...)
Timing would work out better for them. I knew it was at least two years of Bottas and Checo to shake down the car, and with Herta struggling in F2 to the point where he basically told Cadillac to stuff F1, he's not going to go F2 racing again next year just to get his Super License points, having Ugo on deck would be a better fit.Didn't know he was dropped by McLaren. Wonder if Cadillac is interested?
