With a 84-152-18 all-time mark versus arch-rival Minnesota, Wisconsin would need to sweep this weekend’s series in Minneapolis, and the next 30 or so series the teams play, to get to a .500 record with the Golden Gophers

You might fool the ****s in the league office, but you don't fool UW Hockey. This bush league psyche-out stuff...Pride On Ice. Laughable, man - ha ha! I would have ****ed you in the five hole Saturday (directed at your cute skating cheerleaders, ahem). I &&&k them in them *** this Friday and Saturday instead. Wooo! You got a date this weekend, baby!

All I remeber is Sconi having an extremely easy playoff path to get to the championship game last year; and when they finally played a decent team in BC they got exposed as the frauds they were!;)

I must admit though - You do have at least 2 smart people in the state of Wisconsin...Nate Condon and Phil Kessel.

Phil Kessel, isn't he the Wisconsin kid who went to Minnesota for one year? The year Wisconsin won it's latest of six national titles? The same year Minnesota lost to Holy Cross? He's a smart one all right.

Not only that, but while he may not be hated here anymore, people are at best ambivalent towards him. Certainly not a home town favorite or hero.

Burish brought the Cup here this past Summer. Wonder what the turnout would be if Kessel ever brought it home.

Pretty sad that this was his highlight against the Badgers. Scored a goal on our backup goalie. The rest of the games against us didn't go so well as his only stats were poorly timed penalties.

Oh and Pig, we were over Phil when we won without him and he won, well, nothing.

You guys should put up a banner for leading the overall series though. That would be neat-o.

We have plenty of nice legitimate banners. We don't need that one. Congrats on your 6, you've got us by one. Care to bet if we catch you before you make the gap two? ;)
