Due to some post-final whistle shenanigans, we will be without Krug, our captain and #1 D-man and Wolfe, a piece of easily our most productive offensive line. It will surely be interesting to see how we fare that night against what appears to be a very capable Minny team. I predict a very busy evening for Will Yanakeff, who appears to be in the drivers seat for the #1 goalie spot.

Fri nights have been the Gophs issues the past couple weeks, so it may be a wash...

ha I always loved how that one is overwhelmingly positive after that guy ripped UofM to shreds and apparently they all complained and wanted an msu one. Though it is certainly not 2:1 girl guy ratio. I believe the number is 54% is ladies.

That guy is really really good at making those vids!! Should be a profession of his... Top notch laughs.. Kinda reminds me of the Miller commercials, only better.

It's hard to build up a lot of hatred for MSU when most of it is spent on UM. It's really more of a common bond. We can all agree to hate the Wolverines. :D

I look forward to renewing the rivalry with MSU in hockey. Yes we have been playing each other every year in the classic, but hockey rivalry's are made playing back to back games and playing home and away series every year. Tough to get sweeps when you play 2 on the road. It is also tough to get anything but a tie when these two teams play, so I will predict a Gopher win Friday 4-2 and a 3-3 tie on Saturday. I know we are not suppose to talk football on this board, but if you do play becky in the Big 10 championship game, good luck. Kick HER red *** right out of Indy.

Wow. Just realized that I see four of the guys from that team around Braemar all the time. Well, two all the time and two on occasion now... All 4 Edina guys are back living in Edina and have kids in athletics.

Seeing Stauber reminds me of what the heck ever happened to Duluth-Denfeld? Besides Stauber, have we had a kid from Denfeld since? Has any Denfeld player played in the WCHA or anywhere since Stauber? Weird, Denfeld had their run in the late 80's early '90's. They weren't heard from before or since. Kind of like Lake Superior State in college hockey. Nice run in the late '80's early '90's. Nothing before or since. :confused:
